Taiwan Organic Fragrant type Oolong Tea is produced with three tea cultivar, Sijichun, Jhinhsuan and Cuiyu. After being partially fermented, these tea leaves have a mild floral scent of ginger lily. The taste is smooth with light sweetness of sugar cane. You can drink directly or brew with cold water and some fruit liquor to have richer flavor.

How to brew:
① A ratio of 1: 50 tea leaves to water is recommended. You may adjust the amount of tealeaves according to the size of your teapot and preference.
② It is best brewed for 50 seconds at the first time, for 20 seconds second time, for 40 seconds the third time, and for 50 seconds fourth time. Brew for 10 more seconds each time you continue to brew.
③ Smell the liquor aroma before you taste the tea.
