Taiwan Organic Tieh-Kuan-Yin Tea is produced through a serious of complicated procedures, including solar withering, indoor withering, stirring, panning, first rolling, cloth wrapped rolling, mass breaking, small fire drying, second rolling, first roasting, stem picking and second roasting. The liquor color is soft but thick amber red. The unique flavor turns into a sweet head tone with a mild fruity sour hint. It is praised as Kuan-Yin (bodhisattva) for its smooth and delicate heavy taste.

How to brew:
① A ratio of 1: 50 tea leaves to water is recommended. You may adjust the amount of tealeaves according to the size of your teapot and preference.
② It is best brewed for 50 seconds at the first time, for 50 seconds at the second time, for 65 seconds at the third time, and for 75 seconds at the fourth time. Brew for 10 more seconds each time you continue to brew.
③ Smell the liquor aroma before you taste the tea.
