Taiwan Organic Dried Rose

Organic roses have to be picked at dawn before the sun rises to keep the fragramce. After they are picked, they are cooled, cleaned, and dried at low temperature. Rich in polyphenol, flavonoids, anthocyanidin, and rose tannin, it can be brewed alone or with tea. It can also be used in pastry making, decoration, and creative dishes.
