• A list of the certification institution inspectors shall be provided to register together. Please fill in the registration form correctly and send the form and a copy of personal identification card toatoap2007@gmail.com，You may also send hard copies to the following address: No. 1, Sheufu Road, Neipu Town, Pingtung County. Organic Agriculture Research Room (HO106), Department of Plant Industry, National Pingtung University of Science and Technology or a fax to (08)774-0227 (Please confirm after the fax or email is sent.)
• Two photos of each certification institution inspector are required to make certificates (Photos shall be taken in six months. Names shall be written on the back).
