TTES No.18 is also called “Ruby”. This tea cultivar is breed with “Burma large leaf black tea” and “Taiwan indigenous wild tea” after 50 years of hard work in Taiwan Tea Research & Extension Station (TRES). This premium tea cultivar has both great aroma and production. Its large tealeaf contains rich Theanine and other sustances. Except for citrus aroma of most black tea, it has unique cinnamon and mint aroma. The liquor color is bright red like ruby glow with international fame.

How to brew：
① A ratio of 1: 50 tea leaves to water is recommended. You may adjust the amount of tealeaves according to the size of your teapot and preference.
② It is best brewed for 40 seconds at the first time, for 25 seconds at the second time, for 35 seconds at the third time, and for 45 seconds at the fourth time. Brew for 10 more seconds each time you continue to brew.
③ Smell the liquor aroma before you taste the tea.
