Taiwan Handmade Charcoal Roasting Oolong Tea is produced by tea masters in Taiwan. The tealeaves are delicately rolled into curl shape by hands. After medium fermentation, tealeaves are roasted with Longan wood charcoal. The taste is full of special roasting flavor of Longan fruit and rich aroma of Buddha’s hand citron. It is also named as “Red Oolong” for its dark red color. Enjoy the strong and smooth head note and then complex layers of body and tail notes.

How to brew:
① A ratio of 1: 50 tea leaves to water is recommended. You may adjust the amount of tealeaves according to the size of your teapot and preference.
② It is best brewed for 50 seconds at the first time, for 40 seconds at the second time, for 50 seconds at the third time, and for 60 seconds at the fourth time. Brew for 10 more seconds each time you continue to brew.
③ Smell the liquor aroma before you taste the tea.
