Taiwan Organic Bi-Lo-Chung literally means “ Green Spiral Spring” because its leaves are dark green (Bi) and spiral shape (Lo). Only spring (Chung) sprouts are picked. Bi-Lo-Chung is non-fermented tea and mostly produced with Tea cultivar- Chin-Shin-Ganzai. Sprouts with two tiny new leaves at the tip are picked to produce Bi-Lo-Chung tea, which tastes like spring breeze with refreshing and sweet tail note.

How to brew:
①1. A ratio of 1: 50 tea leaves to water is recommended. You may adjust the amount of tea leaves according to the size of your teapot and preference.
②2. It is best brewed for 50 seconds at the first time, for 40 seconds at the second time, for 55 seconds at the third time, and for 65 seconds at the fourth time. Brew for 10 more seconds each time you continue to brew.
③Smell the liquor aroma before you taste the tea.
