The tee trees are planted organically and eco-friendly on mountain slopes where Beishi River runs. Such great environment purifies air and enables tea leaves to grow at nature pace. Taiwan Organic Paochong tea undergoes very slight fermentation (oxidation), which produces smooth and gentle taste with floral aroma and some fruity notes.

How to brew:
① A ratio of 1: 50 tea leaves to water is recommended. You may adjust the amount of tea leaves according to the size of your teapot and taste.
② It is best brewed for 50 seconds at the first time, for 20 seconds second time, for 40 seconds the third time, and for 50 seconds fourth time. Brew for 10 more seconds each time you continue to brew.
③ Smell the liquor aroma before you taste the tea.
