Taiwan Organic High-mountain Oolong Tea leaves are from organic tea farms located in mountains above 1,000 meters. This premium tea is produced with tea cultivar- Chin-Shin-Oolong. The temperature on mountains changes greatly in a day. There is thick cloud and mist there. Therefore, tealeaves grow slowly and contain rich Pectin.
