Taiwan Organic High Mountain Honey Flavor Oolong Tea is produced with tea cultivar, Chin-Shin-Oolong or Jhinhsuan Oolong planted on mountains above 1,000 meters. The Tea leaves are bitten by Smaller green leafhopper or other insects when the seasons change or the daily temperature changes dramatically. Such unique climate contributes to an unique, rich honey flavor with refreshing floral aroma. Such delicate sweet tail note only happens by chance.

How to brew:
① A ratio of 1: 50 tea leaves to water is recommended. You may adjust the amount of tealeaves according to the size of your teapot and preference.
② It is best brewed for 45 seconds at the first time, for 35 seconds at the second time, for 50 seconds at the third time, and for 60 seconds at the fourth time. Brew for 10 more seconds each time you continue to brew.
③ Smell the liquor aroma before you taste the tea.
